Playhouse designed and facilitated a gamified Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Implementation Review Workshop for the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) to strengthen strategic alignment, knowledge transfer, and retention of performance management concepts.

Three interactive learning games were developed and deployed to assess knowledge, reinforce understanding of strategic objectives and KPIs, and support long-term retention of the corporate scorecard framework. The workshop integrated UCAA’s strategic themes, objectives, and performance indicators across customer, financial, internal process, and organisational capacity perspectives, promoting engaged leadership and shared accountability.

• Test stakeholders’ understanding of the corporate scorecard framework and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer on strategic themes, KPIs, and targets across organisational levels.
• Reinforce retention of performance management concepts through experiential learning.
• Promote interactive communication, leadership engagement, and alignment with core values of integrity, efficiency, teamwork, innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
