Playhouse conceptualized and delivered a high-impact gamified strategic planning intervention for MKOPA Uganda’s Senior Management Team, focused on strengthening customer-centric strategy, execution alignment, and cross-functional communication. Through role-based simulations and collaborative journey mapping, senior leaders aligned on customer needs, identified organisational pain points, and co-created strategic priorities to guide business planning in Uganda.
